Case study 01 · human operating control
The report supplied a classification, not an answer. The work was building the human question, manual correction, and verification into a recurring billing control—and then measuring the result within the evidence's limits.
Case study 02 · data architecture
The ERP ran the business but couldn't report on it. An archive-first data layer replaced its reporting module entirely — definitions written once, every figure reconciling back to the source, to the cent.
Case study 03 · platform architecture
A personal operating platform run by agent roles, built on the premise that structure — not model choice — is what makes AI useful. Work is measured in verified units, gates fail closed, and two of four build criteria are met.

Designed, built, and operates a self-hosted AI platform on own hardware: local model serving, multi-agent orchestration, service-health monitoring — all inference on premises. Its architecture is a case study above.
